My very very favorite pair of house pants finally wore out. The years of sitting on my ass in them has taken its toll.
My favorite thing about them was the pattern:
I had a good time chilling with the penguins. We traveled all over the world together. Good bye, old friend!

ANTS IN MY PANTS!
I know. That was lame. But I did love those pants.

How badly worn out are the chillin' pants? When my friend's favorite shirt finally wore out, she took the print part of it and cut a square and sewed it on to a really nice tote bag so that she'd always have it. I thought it was so cute and it really meant something to her! A penguin tote would be cool!
I'll never forget the horrifying moment three months ago when my favorite comfy pants split down the butt when I squatted to empty the kitty litter. I almost wept. I decided that to make up for it, I had to buy 5 new pairs. :)
