After months of anticipation, today I am finally driving a car that has 4 matching wheels!
I hit a pothole in April, and it broke one of my rims, I was not happy.
But what did we learn today?
Salvage yards ROCK!
price of 1 new rim quoted by dealer: $300 (!!!)
price of 1 new (to me) rim at the salvage yard: $100
ding ding ding ding! We have a winner!
