So, tonight the History Channel is playing the Planet of the Apes.
Let me say that again.
The HISTORY CHANNEL is playing The PLANET OF THE APES.
Am I the only one that thinks that this is strangely funny and very disturbing?
I mean, I know the history channel has been known to play movies and miniseries, Band of Brothers and the like, and I don't pretend that everything that is on the History Channel is based on fact. But, they usually play things that are at least loosely based on HISTORY.
So, um, The Planet of the Apes? Seriously?
They finally really did it.
Maniacs!
Damn them!
